Students with the qualification of 10th/12th pass/drop out are eligible for the registration of vocational courses.
2. What is the Medium of Instruction? +
NCVRT offers its vocational courses mainly in English medium.
3. What are the documents needed for the admission? +
i) Passport size photo – 8 No's
ii) Transfer Certificate
iii) Mark Sheet
iv) Community Certificate (if any)
v) Aadhar proof
4. What are the cut off dates for the admission? +
Cut off dates of the admission are as follows,
i) March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 for the courses with the duration of 3 months.
ii) April 30, August 31, December 31 for the courses with the duration of 4 Months.
iii) June 30, December 31 for the courses with the duration of 6 Months.
iv) July 31 for the courses with the duration of 1 Year
v) July 31 for the courses with the duration of 2 Year
5. What is the minimum age for vocational course admission? +
Minimum age should be 14 years for Vocational Education courses
6. What is the maximum age limit to join the course? +
No maximum age limit is to join the course.
7. How to pay the fees online? +
Fees can be paid through NEFT/IMPS/RTGS.

DD should be addressed to National Council of Vocational and Research Training payable at New Delhi.
10. What are the different modes of payment?+
There are two possible payment methods.
i) Internet banking (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
ii) Demand Draft
11. When will certificate and Mark sheets be issued to VTC?+
The mark sheet and certificate will be issued in 30-45 days from the date of receipt of the answer scripts after completion of the examination to be held in April – May every year.
12. Does NCVRT send study material? +
As per the availability of the books, the Zonal office would provide the study materials to the students if they paid.
13. How do I pass a supplementary exam? +
You have to reappear for all the subjects in next year, even though he/she was absent or failed in one subject of the course. And late fee Rs.100/- would applicable per student if you extended the due date.
14. When will an academic session be started in a year? +
An academic session will start in July 1st every year
15. When will exams be conducted? +
Examination will be conducted every year from the month of April to May as it is non semester course.
16. Will certificates be valid for govt. and private jobs? +
The certificates are valid only for private jobs in India and abroad.
17. Are courses offered under any scheme? +
NCVRT offers vocational skill courses as value added/ self employment courses under Additional Skill Qualification Training Programme (ASQTP) – Initiative Scheme.
18. Is NCVRT certificate eligible to register in Employment Exchange? +
Student can enroll their Diploma/certificate in Employment Exchange all over India.
19. Can students be employed in private sector after the NCVRT certification? +
Students can be employed in private sector/industry as it is value added courses.
20. Can students studying under NCVRT apply for the education loan? +
Vocational courses are not applicable for avail the education loan.
21. Does NCVRT provide placements? +

22. Whether students do get an embassy attestation? +
Students can get an embassy attestation for their certificates legally.
