Terms & Conditions

The VTC should inform the Number of Students admitted in the Institute for each Course.
Register the students to NCVRT by filling up the Registration forms provided by NCVRT along with the Registration and Exam fees for one year and below one year course - Rs 1750/- per Student and for two year course, Registration and Exam fees - Rs 2000/- per Student, in the form of DD, in favour of National Council of Vocational and Research Training, payable at New Delhi.
The Academic Year starts from the month of June.
The VTC should intimate the Change of Address first to NCVRT for Inspection. After the Inspection the premises can be changed.
The VTC should conduct only the affiliated full time Course and should not run any other part time courses.
The Name and Duration of the Course should not be changed at any Cost by the Institute.
The VTC should send the Complete Bio-Data of the Staffs along with the Appointment Order to NCVRT.
The VTC should maintain separate Attendance for the Students of each Course and proper attendance for all the Staffs.
The Number of Students in each Class should be minimum 20 and should not exceed 40.
The VTC should strictly follow the Syllabus provided by NCVRT with proper Time-table Schedule.
The VTC should be a unique Institution not sharing the Building/Tools /Infrastructure/Staffs with any other Institutions affiliated to any other Organizations.
The centers affiliated to NCVRT have to conduct only the NCVRT courses and cannot conduct similar courses for other Organizations in the Same Infrastructure.
The Demand Draft sent to NCVRT, India would not be refunded at any cost.
NCVRT has all the rights to monitor the VTC by sending the Inspection Team without prior Intimation.
The approved Advertisement Format will be sent to the Institution. The Institution can start running the courses by placing Advertisement in the Local Dailies. Any false or wrong information given to public will lead to the Cancellation of Recognition at any time without prior Notice.
The agreement shall be valid initially for the period of one year only, and the VTC may be renewed on approval from NCVRT, on same terms & conditions for the forthcoming Academic Year.
